Modern approach to the collection of feedback from learners

Abstract

Collection of feedback from learners is the common practice of all training institutions. Since 2012- 2013 academic year, Hanoi University of Businessand Technology has created the “Evaluation of lecturers” software so as to collect the feedback on the teaching quality of lecturers from students. The outcome of the sixyear software performance has helped improve the training quality of the University, orienting towards a democratic and effective education.
