FACTORS AFFECTING INTENTION TO USE E-LEARNING OF UNIVERSITIES’ STUDENTS IN HANOI
Abstract
This paper examines the factors that influence the intention to use E-learning of universities’ students in Hanoi. The authors surveyed 190 students, using the survey questionnaire with 5 response levels on the 5-point Likert scale. The authors use descriptive statistics and regression analysis to find out the factors that affect students' intention to use E-learning system. Research results show that there are four factors that positively affect intention to use E-learning of students in Hanoi, including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social factors and facilitating conditions. Through these factors, it can be seen what students expect from using E-learning and their intention to use it. From the research results, the authors also gave some recommendations to attract students to use E-learning more.
