RELATIONSHIP AMONG COPERATION SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE – THE CASE OF FOOD PROCESSING ENTERPRISES IN MEKONG DELTA

Abstract

This research aims at identifying relationship among CSR, organizational commitment and food processing enterprise's performance in Viet Nam. The sample size of 422 collected from staffs and managers are working in food processing companies in Mekong Delta. Analytical method Structuer Equation Model used in this research. The results of the study showed that 4 factors of CSR toward as employment, customer, environment, legal. This factors positive influences to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Morever, CSR and organizational commitment hava a positive impact on the business performance. However, The results shows job satisfaction has a negative impact on enterprises performance. CSR has positive influences to performance through organizational commitment.
