IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY FOR TRAINING MASTER THROUGH LEARNING STYLE IN DANANG UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS

Abstract

This study applies opinion of David Kolb learning style survey on 269 students master academic year 2014-2016 the main system to classify learning styles in 5 sectors at the University of Economics, University of Da Nang. Learning style is a concept study to just the core characteristics of each participant in the gathering and processing of information. For those working training and development, identifying learning styles is how deeply understand audience characteristics school, from which design methods and training programs in accordance with the object and brought the highest efficiency.
