EFFECT OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON THE EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN DUC CO DISTRICT, GIA LAI PROVINCE
Abstract
The study was conducted to examine the impact of human resource management practices on job performance of civil servants in Duc Co District, Gia Lai Province. Through quantitative analysis from the survey data for 282 civil servants working in Duc Co district, Gia Lai province to evaluate the scale and research model. Research results show that the five factors that make the organization more interested in job analysis, recruitment, training, performance appraisals, labor remuneration will increase job performance and factor employee participation does not affect the performance of civil servants in Duc Co District, Gia Lai Province.
