ANALYSIS RESULTS OF STUDY OF FACTORS AFFECTING HUMAN RESOURCE EVELOPMENT IN TOURISM IN QUANG NGAI PROVINCE

Abstract

Human resource development for advanced knowledge and competence of employees, contributing to providing superior service quality and trust of customers. Human resource development is a very important issue. This study aims to identify key factors affecting the development of tourism human resources in Quang Ngai province. Research results will be very useful information for leaders of tourism business enterprises, tourism managers in Quang Ngai province. 260 questionnaires were sent to enterprise business leaders in Quang Ngai (n = 260). The research using SPSS 16.0 software to analyze the data and data analysis showed that there are seven factors affecting the human resource development of tourism in Quang Ngai province in the following order of magnitude: (1) Working environment; (2) Economic environment; (3)System education; (4) Evaluation of performance results; (5) Cultural Environment; (6) labor quality; (7) paid labor.
