Abstract

The paper analizes the accurate and creative foreign policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam - an pivotal factor which generates the success in ending the war and restoring peace in Viet Nam (January 27th 1973). Then, this article extracts some experience on foreign policy that can be applied for the process of conformation and protection of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the present time
