Abstract

Strength testing is highly important in various industries, and the research
and development of testing machines also play a significant role in scientific
research. The authors have designed and implemented a miniature strength
testing system for materials under different conditions such as strain rate and
temperature. This designed machine has the capability to measure the durability
of specimens with various types of materials and can be expanded to test different
machine components. This aids in determining the mechanical properties of
materials as well as the working lifespan of machine components, thereby
minimizing risks, maintenance costs, and repairs during usage. Some experiments
for Aluminum alloy have been conducted on this machine to validate its
effectiveness.
