RESEARCH ON THE REALITY OF TEAMWORK OF ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING STUDENTS: DATA AT HANOI UNIVERSITY OF INDUSTRY

Abstract

The study focuses on finding out the reality of teamwork among students
majoring in accounting and auditing, Hanoi University of Industry. The research
method is a method of data collection through survey survey by questionnaire,
with 378 student surveys and 22 questionnaires of lecturers of Faculty of
Accounting - Auditing, Hanoi University of Industry. The data was synthesized on
Excel and analyzed by descriptive statistics on Excel and supported the analysis of
SPSS 22 software. The research results showed the actual situation of students in
doing the job. There are still many limitations to the teamwork and the lecturers
in imparting instructions to students to work in groups. From the obtained results,
the study proposes some recommendations to improve student teamwork and
the instructor's guidance for students to work in groups, towards the
implementation of student teamwork better.
