STUDY ON DETERMINING THE REASONABLE SEWING TIME OF SOME SEWING STAGES OF POLO-SHIRT PRODUCTS

Abstract

Determining the sewing time of some stages of sewing products is an
important basis for rationing the sewing time in the industrial sewing. It is a
basis for dividing labor force, balancing the line and calculating the cost of
sewing products. This paper presents the results of building the linear regression
equations using the theoretical time determined by the MTM method and the
GSD predetermined time system to estimate the actual sewing time of some
sewing stages of Polo-Shirt products. From there, determining the reasonable
sewing time of some sewing stages of Polo-Shirt products at Dong Van garment
factory, Hanoi Textile and Garment Corporation.
