Abstract

Traditional transformers are devices that work on the principle of
electromagnetic induction, they have the basic drawback of being a passive
device and are not designed to work with rapidly changing loads while they
occupy Large volume is not suitable for applications requiring small space. In
recent years, a number of scientists have been focusing on the Solid State
Transformers. The nature of this structure is composed of high-power electronic
converters and high-frequency transformers, with appropriate circuit structure
and control method, electronic transformers will promise to solve many complex
requirements. Magazine of practical and future that traditional transformers
have not yet solved. The content of this paper focuses on the analysis of
structure, function and controller synthesis for a single-phase electronic
transformer system. Controller design method will be demonstrated by
simulation on Matlab simulink. The simulation results prove the correctness of
the control method performed.
