EMPIRICAL RESEARCH TO DETERMINE THE INFLUENCE OF FACTORS ON THE SEWING TIME OF PRODUCTS FROM KNITTED FACBRICS ON SEWING LINES

Abstract

This article presents the results of research on the current situation survey of
production line organization and line balance efficiency at 02 at garment
enterprises are Hanosimex Ha Nam Company Limited and TAV Company limited
and experimental planning to conducted a study to determine the simultaneous
effects of groups of factors: distance to place the sewing element X1 (cm), rotation
angle of the sewing element X2 (o), light intensity X3 (Lux) and skills of sewing
workers (grade worker) X4 to the sewing time the of product from knitted of PoloShirt at garment enterprises is Hanosimex Ha Nam Company Limited. The result of
the research showed the rule of independent and simultaneous influence of the
group of research factors on the sewing time of products from knitted. The result of
the research is the scientifition basic to determine the plan to arrange the
arrangement of the Polo-Shirt sewing line, reduce the current shortcomings and
contribute to improve productivity in Vietnamese knitting garment enterprises.
