Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 will profoundly change the labor market,
automation systems and artificial intelligence will gradually replace manual
labor in the whole economy, the demand use hight quality human resources
increases and the demand use for low-skilled labor is decreasing. Meanwhile, our
growth model relies heavily on foreign investment and labor-intensive. In this
context, developing high quality human resources plays an extremely important
role in turning the challenges of Industry revolution 4.0 into a driving force for
the country's development.
