FACTORS AFFECTING PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS EFFICIENCY OF FDI ENTERPRISES IN INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN BAC NINH PROVINCE

Abstract

This paper is written to evaluate the influence of factors on the business and
production efficiency of FDI enterprises in Bac Ninh Industrial Zone. The authors
used the Cobb - Dolags function to conduct regressions according to the
variables. The results after regression, the variable raw materials and
depreciation costs are inversely correlated with profit. The variable the labor
costs, the level of manager, the capital used for investment in production and
business and the dummy variable of supporting policies are positively correlated
with the profit of the enterprises. Based on the determination of the influence
level, the authors propose solutions to enhance the performance of FDI
enterprises in Bac Ninh Industrial Zones in the future.
