RESEARCH DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF ALUMINUM EXTRUSION EXPERIMENTAL USE MOTIVATION OF STRESS MACHINE

Abstract

The paper presents a research on designing and manufacturing
experimental systems for extruding aluminum alloy bars using the power source
of BESTUTM - 2000HH compressors. Implementation of the product test
extrusion on the experimental system shows that the operation model ensures
the required technical requirements. The aluminum alloy bar extrusion test
system can be used to conduct research on the extrusion process of aluminum
alloy bars. The experimental system of extruding aluminum alloy bars helps
students and scientists actively conduct research on the extrusion process of
aluminum alloy bars at a lower cost than the research process on industrial
extrusion systems.
