RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF WELDING TORCH ANGLE, DIRECTION OF WELDING TO THE SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS THE SECOND LAYER OF BUTT WELDING, MAG WELDING

Abstract

In order to ensure welding quality in addition to optimal adjustment of
electric current, welding speed, welding voltage, adjust the parameters of
welding torch angle, welding direction also greatly affects the shape and
dimension of welds. In this paper, the author presents the research results of
experimental effects of welding torch angle, welding direction to the shape and
dimension of butt welding, welding the two layers in the flat position, sheet
thickness of 5mm, CT38 material, MAG welding method.
