THE PRODUCTION WASTE OF COMPANIES PROCESSING COFFEE IN HIGHLAND CENTRAL
Abstract
This study focused on assessing the situation of wasteful production incoffee processing units in the Central Highlands. Through the method of expert
interview and questionnaire interview with 120 employees and managers at
enterprises, the results show that waste in production does not have balance in
production and equipment. malfunctioning, unstable, unqualified process, each
worker 's operations are different, repeated defects do not have improvement
measures.... at a high level of waste. The paper proposes technological
upgrading, standardization of processes, and the development of policies to
encourage workers to give the morning Ants improve processes. This will help
factories reduce waste in production.
