Abstract

We have selected a number of polyacrylate emulsions to make polyacrylate
film. Bondex 454 emulsion combined with potassium silicate glass with modulus
3.2 as film co-extruded. When studying the film-forming ability, it is found that:
with a 2/1 ratio of liquid glass/emulsion is appropriate. The selection of a number of
different drying agents showed that the Fe-EDTA complex was appropriate. The
appropriate curing percentage is 1.5% by potassium liquid glass.
The polyacrylate film was determined by the following criteria: drying time
was 280 minutes, scrub resistance > 1200 cycles, grade 2 adhesion, water
resistance > 840 hours and heat sock resistance > 70 cycles. With the result of
the mixture of film forming substances to ensure the standard for the production
of interior paint
