RESOLUTION OF THE 5th PLENUM OF THE 12 th PARTY CENTRAL COMMITEE ON START-UP FOR HANOI UNIVERSITY OF INDUSTRY STUDENTS

Abstract

Starting a business is a contemporary topic especially for students – whom
with relatively high education. Its great significance does not only stays at
personal level but also at macro level, contributing to national growth. Hence,
the Party needs to propose suitable policies to create a supportive environment
for student start-up. The 5th Plenum of the 12th Party Central Commitee has
decided: Private economu is a pivotal driver for national economic growth, which
is a positive signal in business mindset change as well as in start-up
phenonenon. In this article, the authors will discuss important content within
the Resolution of the 5th Plenum of the 7th Party Central commitee concerning
start-up topic, reflect current situation of Hanoi University of Industry student
start-up, and give recommendation to their improve efficiency and effectiveness
in start-up process.
