IMPROVE MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVELY TO THE COMPULSORY SOCIAL INSURANCE PARTICIPANT
Abstract
The study analyses the situation of the compulsory social insuranceparticipation from the period of 2012 to 2017. The results show that, the annual
number of employees and employers increased in social insurance. However, the
participant management is still remaining issues such as a low rate of
participation, some unsuitable legal regulations. Based on the results, some
solutions offered: (1) promoting communication activities, (2) Coordinating with
relating agencies to manage participant more strictly, (3) increasing inspection
and supervision activities, (4) Amending and adding the regulations and
increasing punishment rate on administration violations in the section of social
insurance
