Statistical Process Control (SPC) is the use of statistical tools to monitor,
manage and improve processes in the production process. This study analyzes
the factors for the successful implementation of SPC from the empirical survey

Through the qualitative and quantitative research methodology, the results of
the research have identified five factors contributing to the successful
implementation of SPC in Vietnamese enterprises: (i) Commitment of senior
management; (ii) Team work; (iii) The role of the quality department; (iv) SPC
implementation; (v) Data storage and update.
