FACTORS INFLUENCING WORKING MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES AT THANH HOA SPORTS TRAINING AND COMPETITION CENTER
Abstract
This study examines the model of factors influencing the motivation ofemployees at Thanh Hoa Sports Training and Competition Center. Using
quantitative methods, the author analyzed data from a sample of 370 employees
at the Center. The results show that the motivation of the emplyees at the center
is influenced by 04 factors, including: (1) Work, (2) Target Relevance, (3)
Opportunity for training and promotion and (4) Leadership; In particular, Work
have the highest impact, followed by Target Relevance, Opportunity for Training
and Promotion, and Leadership. Based on the research results, the author
proposes some solutions to motivate employees at the center in the coming
time.
