RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF DATA (Ue, te) TO THE ACCURACY OF THE SIZE WHEN MACHINING HARD ALLOYS BK25 ON THE CW420 HS WIRE ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING

Abstract

This paper presents the results of studying the effect of two parameters of U_e and t_e power to the accuracy of size when machining BK25 hard alloy on the CW420 Wire discharge machining. The results of this research are the basis for helping technologists determine the optimal input parameters in order to improve the accuracy of size and productivity when processing hard alloy materials in general and BK25 in particular. And also these results shall be used as materials for teaching in the school.
