Establishing mock-ups being compatible with heat in control cabinets of CNC machines

Abstract

Nowadays manufacturing and assembling CNC machines are no more
difficult. However, during the operating process, heat elimination is
unavoidable. High heat elimination can have some certain effects on the
longevity of some equipment, especially components in the control
cabinet. Such cabinets are relatively expensive and most important to
CNC machines; therefore, the replacements for its parts are costly and
have great effects on machines’ work progress. This research has been
carried out to propose the techniques for arranging and assembling
radiator fans in order to optimize the temperatures of control cabinets,
followed by emulating and solving the stated problems by using Ansys
software to satisfy the operating conditions.
