Study on improving the conversion of sulfide ores concentrates using oxychloridizing method
Abstract
Finishing of the oxyclorua process from copper sulfide concentratesis described in this paper. The raw materials are evaluated for
quality and chemical composition to suit the conditions for
oxyclorua directly process the concentrate of copper sulphide.
Chemical composition and microstructure of the product after
process oxyclorua were analyzed by EDS method on JEOL-JSM-
6490, SMEWW method and wet chemical analysis method. The
nature of the post-manufacturing product is also evaluated. The
product of the direct oxyclorua pure copper sulphide refining
process is copper compound oxyclorua which is readily soluble in
dilute acidic conditions under normal conditions and pressures. This
product is an important link for the improvement of copper sulphide
ore hydrolysis technology in Vietnam.
