Some results of researching the combined fertilizing - soybean sowing machine by synchronous machanization direction

Abstract

This report presents some results of researching the combined fertilizing - soybean sowing
machine, an important sections in soybean cultivation by synchronous mechanization
direction. This machine links after the medium power tractor or low power tractor. It performs
multiple functions, in which, two main functions are seeding and applying fertilizer on
avalable furrows. In order to facilitate for before and after sections and also synchronized to the
whole process, the selected operation method of the machine is seeding and applying fertilizer
by rows along furrows, ensuring agronomic requirements such as seeding depth (2 ÷ 5 cm),
fertilizer application depth (8 ÷ 12 cm). The sowing unit operates by the mechanical principle
of plate laying horizontally, includes one removable plate rotates on fixed plate, take seeds on
the plate and release seeds when the metering port on the removable plate coincides with hole
in the fixed plate. Then seeds will drop follow the pipe to the available chase. Planting 1 ÷ 2
seeds per hole, seeds spacing of 7 ÷ 12 cm within the row and seeds spacing be able to adjust
depends on seed type, crops, soil codition, ensuring planting density of 35 ÷ 50 plants per
square meter. The fertilizer application unit has eccentric sheaves, it helps taking and releasing
fertilizer easily. The fertilizer is granular, slow-release NPK compound fertilizer and the
quantity of fertilizers per hectare is 450 ÷ 600 kilograms. After sowing and fertilizing, the
backfill and grading part overlays seeds and fertilizer a soil layer in request.
