The computation of optimal injection mode on plastic injection machine

Abstract

Nowadays plastic products are widely used in the industry as well as
in everyday life. Their advantages are low cost, compact size and
mass, being able to be mass-produced with high productivity. To
create plastic products, molds are currently used in plastic injection
machine with pressed screw. The computation of injection mode is an
important factor to make high quality products and achieve high
productivity. This paper proposes a method to help technologists
select the optimal injection mode in plastic producs manufacture.
