Abstract

The sheet structure can be increased hardness through the placement of
external particles without changing the thickness or loss of structural material.
The optimal placement of beads on beams, particle parameters will usually be
considered according to the type of design. Specific particle parameters such
as height, grain width, and geometric optimum parameters are to be selected.
After the particle parameters, morphological optimization was applied to
align the beams on the beams. Designers can achieve the best placement of
particle beams on the beams through software that optimizes. The first
natural-frequency enhancement of beams in the shell framework is, for
example, a detailed morphological optimization process described and
structural particles arranged through the method Optimal. After optimization,
the natural frequency of the shell structure is increased by 30%. The
development of particles can be optimized and the design cycle can be
shortened through the use of morphological optimization in the design of the
hardening of the shell-like plate structure.
