Research on solutions to recover industrial fans operating in abrasive and high temperature conditions with air plasma thermal spray technology

Abstract

Thermal spray was first invented in the early years of the 20th century
by Max Ulrich Schoop. Since then, it has been researched, developed,
optimized and proved to be applicable in a variety of fields. This
article presents the research on solutions for the application of plasma
thermal spray technology to restoreindustrial smoke extractor
fansoperating in abrasive and high temperature conditions, and these
solutions are superior to other restoration methods. The data used for
restoration is based on the analysisand survey in order to obtain
appropriate set of sprayparameters for effectiverestoration.
