Abstract

Friction welding is advanced welding technology, giving high
productivity and good welding quality. The study on friction
welding in general and the influence of welding parameters on the
quality of friction welding in particular are important and necessary.
The research focuses on investigating the effect of friction pressure
and compression time on the tensile strength of the weld during
rotation friction welding. The results are statistics showing the
tensile strength of the weld. The aim is to clarify the problems of
direct effect of friction pressures and compression time on tensile
strength of the weld.
