DETERMINATION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE YARN TENSION AND SOME TECHNOLOGYCAL PARAMETERS IN THE WINDING PROCESS

Abstract

This paper presents the experimental study results determining the relationship between the yarn average tension and technological parameters in the winding process, including: the winding speed, the compressing force of the yarn tension and the distance from the top of the bobbin to the guide eye of balloon controller tension control. By using the orthogonal experimental, together with the support of the software NEMRODW 2007, the study has identified the mathematical model describing the relationship between the selected technological parameters and the yarn average tension when the winding for 100% cotton Nm34/1. To achieve the yarn average tension of 25cN as required in the winding process at a speed of 800m/min, it is necessary to adjust the compressing force of the yarn tension to 37cN and the distance from the top of the bobbin to the guide eye of balloon controller tension control to 10cm. Research results are the scientific basis to adjust technological parameters in the winding process.
