RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF WSNs FOR MEASURING SOME PARAMETERS IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF BUILDING BASEMENTS

Abstract

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are becoming increasingly popular and widely used in many technical areas. In this paper, we introduce the organization to design a WSNs network structure in order to measure some parameters in the environment of building basements. The WSNs are designed based on the 433 MHz RF network platform and Microchip's PIC (PIC18F4550) embedded system. Experimental results show that the system operates stably and reliably.
