FACTORS AFFECTING THE INTENTION OF STARTING A BUSINESS OF FEMALE STUDENTS MAJORING IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN HANOI
Abstract
This paper explores and measures the impact of factors on start-up intention of female students majoring in business administration (BA) in universities in Hanoi. TPB is the background to develop the research model in this paper. The results from a survey of 434 female BA students show that personal attitudes, support from the training program has the strongest influence on students' intention to start a business.
