Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify factors influencing travelers loyalty on An Giang tourism. Result was based on data from 242 travelers. The result indicated four factors influeneing travelers loyalty such as (1) Quality and price of tourism services, (2) Tourism facilities, (3) Natural tourism resources and (4) Tourism infrastructure. Overall 58.3% of travelers loyalty was explained by the four mentioned factors at the statistical significance of 5%.
