Abstract

This report contributes to the variety of beverage products so as to improve the beverage’s quality in general, as well as to meet the consumer’s demand. The research results showed that adding a mixture of 0,2% of honey, 0,05% CMC and 0,2% acid citric into a solution produces a good quality product with high stability to satisfy consumer’s need.
