Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học của giảng viên trường Đại học Cửu Long

Abstract

Scientific research activities of lecturers at the universities is one of the core tasks of lecturers. Thus, research on this important activity has always attracted scholars, educational administrators at institutes, universities not only in countries around the world but also in institutes, university in Vietnam.

With the rapid development of the country like nowadays, the objectively assessing that  the scientific staffs in general and the ones at the Mekong University in particular do not met all the basic requirements and comprehensive renovation of higher education (both in quantitative and qualitative) to meet the increasing demands of society. In order to make profound changes in terms of quality, it is necessary to have a stronger transformation not only in awareness but also through the actions of individuals and units throughout the university in which managing scientific research activities is one of the basic factors that each units needs to attention.
