Đánh giá hiệu quả của một số hoạt chất trừ sâu đối với bọ trĩ (scirtothrips dorsali hood) và sâu ăn tạp (spodoptera litura fabricius) hại sen (nulumbo nucifera gaertn)

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of some insecticidal active ingredients in laboratory and net house conditions with two important pests on lotus plants, Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood and Spodoptera litura Fabricius. With S. dorsalis Hood, all of 6 active insecticides, abamectin, petroleum spray oil, emamectin benzoate, imidacloprid, oxymatrine and pymetrozine, have high efficiency in the laboratory. Moreover, imidacloprid, pymetrozine and emamectin benzoate for efficacy of over 70% in net house condition. Beside that, emamectin benzoate, abamectin, imidacloprid and M. anisopliae have higher killed ability with S. litura Fabricius than B. thuringiensis var, kurstaki, buprofezin, petroleum spray oil (over 65 % in net house condition)
