Abstract

The article deals with the issue of number portability among enterprises providing telecommunication services in Vinh Long province. On the basis of the theory of digital portability, as well as analysis of the actual situation and forecasts will occur when the application of digital network transformation of telecom enterprises in the context of integration and fierce competition. Currently, the author helps telecom service providers in Vinh Long province have a more comprehensive view. Since then. in order to carty out the digital port rotation for telecommunication enterprises in Vinh Long province, the author proposed technical solutions, customer care, long-term commitments/ commitments, barriers to network switching, network subscriber acquisition, and customer retention to ensure the sustainable development of the business.
