Abstract

This paper focuses on identifying and determining the factors afiecting the motivation of civil servants at HCM city People's Committee. Using techniques of primary data collection through survey questionnaires and processed on SPSS. The final questionaire is formed by qualitative study after consultation of the experts, the data will be examined. With sample size n = 215, surveyed all civil servants at HCM city People's Committee ofi'ice. Analysis Cronbach's Alpha reliability and Explore Factor Analysis (EFA), Multiple Regression Analysis (RA) was used to determine the degree of influence of each factor to motivations. The results show that there are 5 factors that afi'ect the motivation of civil servants working at HCM city People Committee which factors are most impactful development and promotion (Beta = 0.490), the second is the nature work (Beta = 0.460), the third is a direct leadership (Beta = 0.360), Wednesday's working Environment (Beta = 0.349) and fifth is a full recognition of the work (Beta = 0.085).
