AEC & những tác động đến thị trường bất động sản Việt Nam

Abstract

This paper is a summary of the relevant factors likely impacting on AEC Real Estate in Vietnam, the topic tends to synthesize and interpret economic aspects likely affecting the property market, according to that; section 1 introduces and summarizes some observations about Vietnam economic changes in the AEC, section 2 presents the research claims coming from the relationship between real estate and AEC - especially the experts’statements in various aspects. The last is the analysis of the Vietnam real estate market, whether can obtain positive benefits from AEC and some challenges are being raised for Vietnam real estate by the AEC. The paper will be concluded that most housing markets, office leasing, industrial park and logistics will be pushed more positively when Vietnam join in the AEC. Besides, the issues of policy such as land, home ownership for foreigners and administrative procedures also need to make a change for benefits of Vietnam property coming from AEC.
