Giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả việc thực hiện chương trình tín dụng đối với học sinh sinh viên

Abstract

In recent years, with the strategic direction and development of the economy, the Party and State have reiterated that education and training is the top national policy. For this reason, student credit policy is created to support students facing financial difficulties, being unable to afford study costs. However, besides the positive aspects of this credit policy, there are still hortcomings, such as: the lending validationprocess, lendingtarget, effective use of loans, slow release of fund. This can have an influence on the learning process, such as late payment fees; inability to buy textbooks; living expense difficulties… Therefore, the objective of this study is to access the application of student credit program, thus, propose solutions to increase the efficiency of this program.
