Abstract

Myanmar is an India's great neighbor, shares historical, ethnic, cultural and religious ties, as well as common interests and even the existing conflicts should work together to address. This article mainly refers to the importance of Myanmar in India's new policy to the Asia - Pacific region, which is Act East policy. This importance is analyzed from the objectives of policy that India strengthens and expands its influence throughout the Asia - Pacific region on the path to become an economic, military superpower on the world.
