Review the status of E-learning management at Nguyen Tat Thanh University

Abstract

      The online education form in Vietnam has been rapidly developing in recent times. However, managing and optimizing the effectiveness of the online education system still face various challenges and limitations. To contribute to the improvement of the online education system at Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU), this research employs a qualitative research method with the aims of analyzing and evaluating the current state of training and management of the online education system at the university. By conducting in-depth interviews with lecturers who have currently used or are using the online education system, as well as with staff responsible for the online education system, data were collected. The research findings revealed that while the online education system at NTTU has brought significant benefits to the training process, such as an optimized design for access from multiple devices and flexible teaching and learning capabilities, there are still some limitations particularly related to the technological proficiency of lecturers in using the platform for teaching. Ultimately, the research endeavors to provide valuable insights into the overall quality of online education in an academic context.
