The development of science and technology, especially information technology has brought to us many important applications in the field of education and training. Within the scope of this article, the researchers have an in-depth analysis of the Chatbot application and the role of Chatbot in training political theory online. Research results show that, when Chatbot is put into use, it will bring high efficiency to training institutions because it helps interact with users automatically. The ability to interact quickly anytime, anywhere, helps training institutions to increase interaction efficiency and cuts the cost of human resources.
