What to optimize digital knowledge management: government - library - enterprise

Abstract

    On the basis of awareness/ awareness and identification of the role and great value of digital knowledge management in Vietnam towards the 4.0 industrial revolution; together with an overview and practice of managing and serving knowledge (including digital knowledge) in Vietnamese libraries in the past time; The author of the article proposes some basic contents and solutions for Vietnamese libraries with 3 main subjects: Government-Library-Business, in order to gradually optimize the digital knowledge management in the information-library agencies, serving the 4.0 industrial revolution and promoting the country's socio-economic development in the new revolution period.
