Overview of new changes in the Library Law 2019

Abstract

      An overview of some new points of the Library Law have just been passed by the National Assembly. Stating some recommendations and suggestions for the Law on Library to be effectively implemented in practice, contributing to the development of library career and reading culture in Vietnam.
