Developing innovative services for public needs

Abstract

    The article provides concepts and methodologies to maintain and develop innovative services in the context of the development of Industry 4.0 in Vietnam. The article also introduces some innovative services such as: start-up support services, auto loan services, home services, Vietnamese language teaching services; consulting services,... for information centers and libraries to implement.
