SARS-COV-2 ALWAYS CHANGES: WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT CURRENT VARIANTS?

Abstract

Since 11/03/2020, WHO had officially announced Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome – COVID 19 as a global pandemic, causing immensive pain and human suffering in every continent. During the fourth outbreak of COVID 19 in Viet Nam, infected cases were reported in 58 over 63 provinces and cities, with Ho Chi Minh city held the leading number of cases: over 342,000 infected patients and over 12,000 death cases (updated to 29/09). COVID 19 had adversely affect the country and raised many concerns among the society. Therefore, this paper aimed to provide a general view about COVID 19 under the scope of science. We will answer several common questions and clarify the misconceptions about COVID 19 using findings from the latest researches. The first part discussed about current Sars-Cov-2 variants, particularly the new Delta variant, while the lifespan of virus in different environments, as well as the symptoms of COVID 19 and prevention methods were mentioned in the latter.parts.
