Abstract

Applying calculations and simulations on computers is no longer a new issue in the world. All mechanical and electrical products are designed and simulated by manufacturers including material properties on the computer before being put into production. In Vietnam, simulating and designing on the computer has been widely applied in the mechanical industry, but for electrical equipment, the magnetic field simulation and magnetic materials are relatively complicated, so the method is in the process of training and transferring technology. In the electrical engineering training program, the application of design software in teaching is relatively new, in actual fact, these software are very multifarious, through using simulation calculus helps students more specialized in-depth study skills and evaluate theoretical design and practical products. In the content of the article, the author presents the steps to calculate motor design theory and simulate the results of squirrel cage asynchronous motors (KĐB) 0.75kW on Ansys Maxwell software. Then evaluating of simulation results compared with the quality of the current market-produced motors of Hanoi Electromechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Hem), Vietnam-Hungari electric machinery manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Vihem).
