SOME SULOTIONS TO THE MANAGEMENT OF CREATIVE_ORIENTED EXPERIENCING TEACHING ACTIVITY AT DONG SON PRIMARY NUMBER ONE, DONG HOI, QUANG BINH

Abstract

Experiencing creativity-oriented management is the new educational activity, which have opened up many opporturieties for students to explore, self- formed knowledge from lessons under the teachrers’ guidance. Also during taking part in other activities in the real practice or semi-practical situations as the role of action subject, students are able to actively and positively deal with their learning assignments in order to get deeper insight in the knowledge, develop their own skills and competence, high qualities and good personalities. From the real practice, with the combination of research management, the article suggests some solutions to the management of teaching in the orientation of creativeness experiencing in order to improve the educational quality at Dong Son Primary Number 1, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh.
